Logical Host, LLC respects the privacy of visitors, customers, and users of its services. This policy describes information collected through logicalhost.com and in connection with Logical Host services.
We may collect information you intentionally provide, including name, email address, company or organization, phone number, subject, and message content submitted through our contact form. Our systems may also create normal operational server logs such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, request paths, and security events.
Logicalhost.com does not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or non-essential cookies.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide and support services, protect systems, maintain operational and security records, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law.
We may use infrastructure, hosting, telecommunications, security, payment, or other service providers as reasonably necessary to operate our services. We do not sell personal information for marketing purposes.
Logical Host, LLC does not sell, rent, or transfer text messaging opt-in information or consent for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. If Logical Host ever collects SMS consent for a Logical Host messaging program, that consent is limited to the sender and messaging purpose presented at the point of opt-in.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Information may still be provided to telecommunications providers, messaging providers, aggregators, wireless carriers, and other service providers solely as necessary to deliver, secure, and support the requested messaging service.
GovernHOA is a SaaS platform developed and operated by Logical Host, LLC and has its own product-specific privacy, terms, and SMS consent policies. Those policies govern customer-facing GovernHOA messaging and are available at governhoa.com/privacy, governhoa.com/terms, and governhoa.com/sms-consent.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, support, security, legal obligations, or business records.
