These Terms govern use of logicalhost.com and services provided by Logical Host, LLC unless different written terms are agreed for a specific engagement.
Logical Host provides technology consulting, hosting, email, networking, security, SaaS, and related services for businesses and organizations. Services are arranged directly and are not purchased through this website.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining authorized access to their systems, and using services in compliance with applicable laws and acceptable-use requirements.
Some services may rely on third-party infrastructure, carriers, payment processors, software, or cloud platforms. Third-party terms may also apply.
We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless expressly stated in a written service agreement.
Logical Host software, branding, documentation, and proprietary materials remain the property of Logical Host, LLC or its licensors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided as agreed and otherwise on an “as available” basis. Logical Host, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages except where prohibited by law.
Use of GovernHOA is subject to the GovernHOA-specific terms available at governhoa.com/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue lies in Ingham County, Michigan, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
